These treatments are for the mother who is in her 4th trimester, the 6 weeks following birth. In many cultures, the 4th trimester is an important rest period for the mother so that she can heal from her pregnancy and birth (and the healing doesn't stop at 6 weeks - it continues).
In honouring the rest period for the mother, I come to your home to give you the nurturing that you, the new mother, need during this time.
We address tension that has arisen from pregnancy and birth, and give you the space to feel held and supported during this deeply transformative time, all in the comfort of your home.
I bring my massage table and linens, a heat pad, oils and music. We use your pillows, if needed.
Please note, these treatments are offered at this price as far north as Hardy Rd and as far south as Spindrift Rd. Treatments are offered in Courtenay, Cumberland, Comox and Royston.
I can travel as far north as Black Creek and as far South as Union Bay, at an additional cost.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
