Sport Specific Biomechanical Evaluation & Training Plan Consultation
This Full Evaluation focuses on Body Mechanics including Gait Analysis, Nutrition Consultation and Manual Muscle Testing to determine muscle imbalances and Joint Restrictions. These restrictions may hinder your performance and make you more susceptible to injuries.
A Sport/Position specific, fully-customized training program will be created in accordance to the findings of this assessment so that athletes can meet their peak performance during your season.
All training plans can be completed in our private gym by fully licensed healthcare providers who specialize in sport performance and sports medicine
