Light touch therapy is a gentle, nurturing approach that helps calm the nervous system, ease stress and promote deep relaxation. In each treatment i start off with light, intentional touch strokes followed by using tools such as soft brushes and combs. I offer warm soothing towels and a bed warmer to help melt away stress and prepare the body for rest.
A foot scrub massage combines the rejuvenating effects of exfoliation with the soothing benefits of massage. The scrub gently removes dry, rough skin, leaving the feet soft and refreshed, while the massage helps improve circulation, ease tension, and release built-up stress. This treatment not only nourishes and revitalizes tired feet but also promotes overall relaxation and a grounded sense of well-being.
