Classic acupuncture is a form of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) that has been practiced for many years. It is used to naturally improve the energy flow of Qi (chee) through the body to re-balance and bring an overall holistic treatment. Activating specific points in the body with sterile, single use needles can help open up these pathways needed to balance your Qi.

Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
