Points are chosen on the body to support and provide grounding and balance to the nervous system followed by facial needling and finished with cupping and gua sha facial massage.

Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
