This 1 hour massage therapy session combines Manual Lymph Drainage & Lymph Drainage Therapy (MLD/LDT) with Craniosacral Therapy (CST).
Manual Lymphatic drainage (MLD) and Lymph Drainage Therapy (LDT) includes specialized techniques aimed at reducing and eliminating edema/swelling throughout the body. Edema can present after surgery, injury, post cancer treatments, illness or can show up if the lymphatic system is not optimally functioning.
CST is a light touch therapy. It releases tensions and restrictions in the cranium and deep within the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve overall health and well being.
Please be aware that you should not have an MLD/LDT treatment within 2 weeks of receiving Botox or other medicinal injections.
