Please Note: An individual assessment is required prior to starting the session so that we can determine your unique needs. Once in the small class, your program will differ from the other students, and you will be monitored throughout the session to ensure that you maintain good form and technique. To do this, click “Back to Home Page” and select Jennifer's Profile picture at the Movement Studio Booking site. Choose the treatment: "Introductory Class Session" and book a time that suits your schedule.

Most of the appointment is spent figuring out what your body can and can’t do — talking through the pattern of the problem, then checking movement, strength, balance and specific tests — with some hands-on treatment or exercise coaching and a plan to take away.
