I guide you to heal deep inner-child wounds and to better understand the impact these have on your current life. The healed younger version is then integrated so you may feel more anchored in your current life.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
