The Chakras are a series of 7 energy Centres on your body where body, mind, and spirit interface. Our energy needs to be centred between Heaven & Earth, and we need to maintain a clear energy channel between the two through our Chakra system in order to attain optimal health and wellness of mind, body & spirit.
In this Group Session you will receive a Collective Pendulum Reading, Guided Chakra Clearing Meditation, Chakra Balancing using Crystals, and a Reiki Treatment Session. Reiki will flow to where your Chakra System needs it to effect healing in all areas of your life. The healing effect will be intensified by the presence of the group, as we combine our healing energies. In this session, you will also learn how to Ground/Connect to Mother Earth, and how to Shield your energy body.
You will leave feeling relaxed, lighter, recharged, and refreshed after this session!
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and refillable water bottle.
The balancing effects of this session will last approximately 3-4 weeks. We recommend regular monthly maintenance of your Chakra Energy System to prevent issues affecting mind, body, & spirit.
