During this 50 minute class, we will focus on strength, stability, posture, proper control, and flexibility, keeping in mind the Pilates principles.
Then in order to finish the class off feeling your absolute best we will do ELDOA for the spine.
ELDOA are postural exercises, with the primary goal being to increase the space within a chosen articulation. As the ELDOA “creates” space, there is an improvement in joint mechanics, increased blood flow, reduced pressure on the discs, a reduction of pain, spinal disc rehydration, better muscle tone, improved posture, and a sense of well-being and awareness.
Please bring your yoga mat and water bottle to the session!
You will be billed $150 + HST for the 6 week package at time of booking.
