Experience a private sauna guided thermic bathing ritual rooted in tradition, intention, and deep recovery — now available as a private group experience. Our Hosted Saunagus Ritual is a 2‑hour immersive process led by our Gus Master, your dedicated host who shapes the entire atmosphere with essential‑oil‑infused steam, music, breath cues, and heat‑flow techniques throughout the session. Your group will move through four 15‑minute heat cycles in our Finnish cedar sauna, each followed by a refreshing contrast shower and a short rest period. This structured rhythm supports circulation, relaxation, and whole‑system reset. The Gus Master sets the pace, guides the sensory environment, and applies essential‑oil‑infused water to the sauna stones during each heat cycle — creating aromatic steam and a deeply immersive, shared experience designed for grounding, release, and recovery. Our thermic bathing amenities currently include a Finnish cedar sauna and a deluxe shower. Cold plunges are planned as part of our upcoming expansion, but are not yet available.
