A 30-minute Mini Cupping Session is ideal for those who want bodywork and nervous-system relief in a shorter visit. After a brief check-in, your Registered Acupuncturist will apply cupping therapy to areas of tension to promote circulation, release muscular tightness, and support deep relaxation. This treatment does not include needles, but offers many therapeutic benefits and is eligible for coverage under extended health plans with Registered Acupuncture benefits. A great option for busy schedules, maintenance care, or a quick reset between longer appointments.
Most of the appointment is spent mapping out whatâs going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch â sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation â and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
