Your return visit is 60 minutes. It will include a follow-up assessment and a treatment using Five-Element acupuncture. Observation, pulse taking, stagnation releasing and treatment of imbalanced element/causative factor (CF) will be included.
Most of the session is the treatment itself â needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation â with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
