Please Note: A valid credit card or Visa Debit must remain on file in accordance with our 24-hour cancellation policy. Select this option if you are a returning patient. This appointment continues your personalized pelvic floor treatment plan. Your physiotherapist will reassess symptoms, track your progress, and adjust your exercises or techniques as needed.
Follow-up treatments may include:
• pelvic floor strengthening or relaxation strategies
• manual therapy (internal and/or external, always with consent)
• breathing, posture, and core retraining
• bladder and bowel habit coaching
• progressive home exercise prescription
• guidance on lifestyle modifications that support recovery
Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy is provided exclusively at our Wortley Village location (142 Wortley Road) with Arshiya Memon, Registered Physiotherapist.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
