Pelvic Physiotherapy Appointment
Important: A valid credit card or Visa Debit is required on file to book and attend this appointment, in accordance with our 24-hour cancellation policy. This essential first appointment includes a detailed health history, discussion of your pelvic health concerns, and a comprehensive physical examination. With your consent, this may include an internal pelvic floor assessment to better understand muscle strength, coordination, and contributing factors.
Together, you and your physiotherapist will develop a personalised treatment plan tailored to your goals. Treatment may include pelvic floor muscle training, manual therapy, breathing and core retraining, bladder/bowel education, and home exercise programming.
Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy is offered exclusively at our Wortley Village location (142 Wortley Road) with Arshiya Memon, Registered Physiotherapist.
