A continuation of the good work you are doing. Whether actively treating a condition or giving yourself the gift of preventative care, acupuncture works best when consistently received once every 1-2 weeks.
This service includes:
1) A follow-up re-assessment.
2) A 20-min acupuncture treatment or longer.
3) Eastern bodywork (cupping, gua sha, & tui na massage) may be performed concurrently with acupuncture. Alternatively, all of the time can be used towards acupuncture of a large area or multiple areas.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
