If you are new to our clinic, booking chiropractic for the first time, or have not been for chiropractic treatment in over six months, please select Initial Chiro Assessment from the treatment menu
If you are new to our clinic, booking dry needling for the first time, with a new therapist, or have not been seen in over six months, please select Biomechanical Dry Needling Assessment from the treatment menu
If you are booking for the first time under a new WCB claim, please select WCB Physiotherapy Initial Assessment 2000 or WCB Chiropractic Initial Assessment from the treatment menu
If you are booking for the first time under a new SGI claim, please select SGI Initial Assessment for physiotherapy or SGI Chiropractic Initial Assessment for chiro from the treatment menu
If you are new to our clinic, booking pelvic floor physiotherapy for the first time, or have not been seen in over six months, please select Pelvic Floor Initial Assessment from the treatment menu
If you are booking for individuals with suspected, newly diagnosed, or established hypermobility-related conditions for the first time, please select Hypermobility and Instability Initial Assessment from the treatment menu
Follow Up Appointments
If you are booking a 30 or 60-minute follow-up appointment for the same issue and with the same therapist that you have seen in the past six months, please select either Physiotherapy Biomechanical Treatment or 1 hour Biomechanical Treatment from the treatment menu
