Telehealth Group TRE® Session
For those who have already had a one-on-one Initial TRE Intake session.
Group TRE® sessions consist of 2-4 clients at a time and offer a financially accessible alternative to a one-on-one follow-up along with the power of group coherence.
This session will review the TRE® foundations, exercises, and up to a 15-minute group tremor. All sessions are guided by a certified global TRE® provider. Patients should expect mild-level exercise exertion.
