TRE® Session (one-on-one)
An hour-long, one-one-on TRE® follow-up session with a certified TRE® provider (for those who have already done an initial intake TRE session). This session will review the TRE® foundations, exercises, and up to a 15-minute tremor session. All sessions are guided by a certified global TRE® provider. TRE®’s nervous system regulation occurs with no physical touch from the provider. Patients should expect mild-level exercise exertion.
