Your follow up treatments after having a WCB Assessment are approximately 30 minutes and will include any or all of the following: manual therapy (hands on treatment), acupuncture or dry needling, education, exercises, and modalities such as heat, IFC etc.

Most of the appointment is spent figuring out what your body can and can’t do — talking through the pattern of the problem, then checking movement, strength, balance and specific tests — with some hands-on treatment or exercise coaching and a plan to take away.
