Please note we are an appointment-based clinic. All services including any equipment pick up or sales are by appointment only. In consideration of our administrative team’s capacity, we do not accept walk-ins. If you are available on short notice, we encourage you to book an appointment and also put yourself on the waitlist! We prioritize urgent hand therapy assessments with physician or surgeon referrals. Practitioner rates are scaled based on expertise with complex clinical presentations. More complex cases may be transferred to more experienced practitioners where their specific expertise is required for splinting or treatment. Detailed fees are listed below and on each appointment. Direct time with your practitioner will be 1:1. Indirect care includes charting, room cleaning & prep, and review of reports and imaging. Specialty equipment and supplies are charged in addition to practitioner fees. Physiotherapy, Hand Therapy, and Occupational Therapy Treatment Session 2026 Rates 20 Minute Session: $75/$85/$90 15 minutes of direct time with your practitioner(s) 5 minutes of indirect care 30 Minute Session: $110/$115/$130 25 minutes of direct time with your practitioner(s) 5 minutes of indirect care 45 Minute Session: $135/$165/$195 40 minutes of direct time with your practitioner(s) 5 minutes of indirect care 60 Minute Session: $170/$200/$220 50 minutes of direct time with your practitioner(s) 10 minutes of indirect care Please be advised that our annual rate adjustment occurs every year. Rate increases are made following association guidelines and allow us to continue to provide excellent quality specialized hand therapy care in our locally-owned small business.
