This is a 30 minute treatment which offers a safe, non invasive approach to managing migraines and tension headaches. By focusing on the neck shoulders scalp and upper back, targeted techniques help release muscle tightness, improve blood flow, and reduce nerve compression that can contribute to head pain. Regular treatments may decrease headache frequency and intensity, ease associated symptoms such as jaw tension (TMJ dysfunction) or eye strain, and promote a deep state of relaxation that supports the body's natural healing response.
Aromatherapy may be a beneficial addition to the treatment and can be discussed prior to treatment
