La posturologie est la science de la posture. Mon rôle comme posturologue est de vous aider à faire une intégration sensorielle optimale. C'est grâce à l'information envoyée par vos sens (la peau sous les pieds, l'oreille interne et les yeux) que votre cerveau adopte une posture quelconque. Lors de ma séance de travail avec vous, j'étudie comment fonctionnent vos capteurs (vos sens) et je vous enseigne comment les réintégrer de manière optimale par une série de mouvements et d'exercices.

What it is
Most of this follow-up is spent moving and training — refining exercise technique, progressing or scaling the plan, and checking what changed since last time through a few targeted movement tests — so you leave knowing exactly what to keep doing before the next visit.
