A lymphatic, fascial and muscle treatment by releasing the upper shoulders, neck, scalp, jaw (in/out) and upper chest.
Decongesting the lymphatic system around the head supports the immune system, which in turn decreases congestion and tension in the face. This is paired with releasing the fascia, leaving you feeling lifted
and decompressed.
Tools such as a Gua Sha, fascial cupping and various hand techniques are often used.
This treatment is great to de-stress, de-congest, relax and possibly try something new!
Natural oils are used are made by local businesses here in Niagara.
Lastly, come with dirty hair! Oil will get in your hair.
