This follow-up session is designed for clients who have completed their Initial Osteopathic Assessment and Treatment. During this appointment, I will review your progress, reassess your current concerns, and continue with a personalized hands-on treatment plan based on your body's needs. Treatment may focus on improving mobility, reducing pain and tension, restoring balance, and supporting your body's natural healing process. I may also provide updated recommendation exercises and self-care strategies to help maintain your progress.
Treatment Attire: This is a fully clothes treatment. No undressing is required. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for ease of movement.
