This appointment is ideal for new clients seeking treatment for postural concern, back or neck pain, headaches, joint or muscle pain or other musculosketal conditions. This is a fully clothed treatment. Client should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, as there is no need to undress during the session. Your first osteopathic appointment includes a comprehensive assessment and personalized treatment. During this 75-minute session, I will review your health history, discuss your current concerns, symptoms, and goals and perform a thorough assessment of your posture, movement, joints, muscles and overall body mechanics.
Following the assessment, hands-on osteopathic manual therapy will be provided using gentle techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, relieve tension, and restore balance throughout the body.
Treatment Attire: This is a fully clothes treatment. No undressing is required. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for ease of movement.
