Initial Examination : If this is your first time to the clinic, or it has been 2 years since you have been to the clinic.
If you are booking for a child under the age of three please book with Dr. Brooke Earley .
Extended Appointment : If it has been over 6 months since you have been to the clinic, or you have a new injury to be assessed.
Booking the proper treatment type ensures your practitioner has adequate time to assess your health concerns and provide appropriate treatment.
