A gait assessment with appropriate physical testing, and foam casting for custom orthotics. Please make sure you have checked your insurance coverage prior to your appointment, and obtain a MD prescription if needed. Unless you have Greenshield coverage, you will be responsible for paying the cost of the orthotics upfront.

Most of the appointment is spent examining how your feet are built and moving — skin, nails, joints, pressure points, gait and footwear — then dealing with the immediate issue through nail or skin care, padding, strapping or offloading, and sending you out with clear next steps.
