This 50-minute phone counselling session is offered virtually through Momentum Health. During your session, our therapist will guide you through discussions and activities tailored to your needs, ensuring a collaborative and empowering experience. Guests are encouraged to bring any items that help them feel comfortable, whether it's a drink, snack, or journal.

Our location offers the convenience of direct billing, an elevator, and complimentary parking Counselling services provided by RSW and RCC’s are typically covered by most insurance providers. We look forward to accompanying you on your path to healing and growth.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
