Concussion Patients: Please make sure to select Concussion Assessment , to be booked with one of our Certified Concussion Physiotherapists. If you do not see a time within a few days of wanting to book, please call the clinic.

Physiotherapy Services: It is recommended you book 2-4 follow up treatments (Physiotherapy Treatment - 30 Minutes) along with your Initial Assessment , to ensure your treatment continuous without gaps.

Massage Therapy Services: All Initial Massages are required to book New Patient Massage - 60 Minutes , to allow our Therapists to be informed of your areas of injury/treatment, provide treatment and plan for your follow up treatments.

Workers Compensation Board Injuries: We are no longer an affiliated WCB Clinic. As result, we are unable to assess or treat any WCB related injuries.

Cancellation/Payment Policy: Due to an increasing amount of online bookings not showing for their appointments, we now require a credit card for all online bookings. This Credit Card policy is to hold your appointment. Our cancellation policy is a 50% fee of the appointment in question for late cancellations ( less than 24 hours). And a 100% fee of the appointment for not showing. Your appointment is booked and held for you. If you do not show, this appointment could have been booked by another one of our patients.
