This 45 minute session is designed to continue your personalized occupational therapy treatment plan with integrated acupuncture. Treatment may address pain, muscle tension, stress, sleep, or energy concerns that are impacting your ability to engage in meaningful daily activities.
Each session may include acupuncture, therapeutic exercises, functional strategies, education, and guided support tailored to your goals and progress.

Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
