We are accepting new chiropractic, massage therapy, and physiotherapy patients for private and ICBC treatments
We do not accept WorkSafeBC patients at this time.
We direct bill ICBC for chiropractic care, massage therapy, physiotherapy, and acupuncture.
We offer direct billing to most extended health insurance providers for your convenience. Please note: Parm Serown currently offers direct billing through Sun Life, Pacific Blue Cross and Telus eClaims only. Additional insurance providers will be available soon . If you have any questions about your coverage or eligibility for direct billing, please contact our office and we will be happy to assist you.
A credit card is required to be kept on file when we direct bill third-party insurance, including ICBC.
We require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Late cancellations may be charged if the appointment cannot be filled.
Our hours of operation are subject to change based on practitioner availability.
