Welcome to My Rest Health Studio! - Note: For acupuncture appointments , please book in “Initial Visit” for your first appointment, “Subsequent Acupuncture” for follow up appointments, or “Acupuncture PLUS” if you are booking a follow-up visit that includes motor point electro-stimulation, FSN (Fu’s Subcutaneous Needles), cupping, gua sha, a couple of facial acupuncture rejuvenation points, or a mini Jikiden reiki session in addition to regular acupuncture. Note that different practitioners offer different add-on services. . - My Rest is a calm and welcoming space where we do our best to help you feel safe and cared for. When you arrive, please remove your shoes at the reception area and respect our quiet space inside the studio. - We do Direct Billing to ICBC and many extended health insurance plans on your behalf (for acupuncture services). NO REFERRALS NEEDED. - We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We charge the FULL amount of the service for no show or late cancellations. - We look forward to working with you!
