All new patients are required to fill out the online intake forms prior to their first appointment. Failure to do so can result in a shortened treatment or in a rare case a cancellation of their appointment. *Please note that our online schedule is live and displaying all of our available shifts in real time, unfortunately if it is full we do not have any other spots available, however you can add yourself to our online wait-list which is located underneath selecting a treatment time
*In-order to give every patient a equal opportunity to book in with us, we are only allowing bookings 3 months in advanced, the rolling schedule opens up at midnight every night.
We only direct bill to Pacific Blue Cross , if you are with a different insurance provider/ICBC you will have to pay up front and submit on your own.
