Tatyana is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster. Before completing the 20-month program, she taught yoga and Pilates at various studios throughout the Lower Mainland.
With a strong interest in helping people recover from injuries and correct postural imbalances caused by work, exercise, or daily habits, Tatyana is dedicated to supporting her clients’ overall well-being. Having experienced her own injuries, she understands the importance of living a pain-free life and draws on a variety of techniques to help each client achieve their goals.
In her spare time, Tatyana enjoys reading, going to the movies, exercising, and spending quality time with family and friends.
She holds a 200-hour yoga certification, is a certified Clinical Pilates instructor through Calibrate Kinetics, and has completed her STOTT mat and reformer courses. Tatyana is currently working toward completing the full STOTT Pilates repertoire.
