Chiropractic Initial Assessments include an examination of your chief complaint, may it be pain, an ongoing functional issue or even to seek advice.
We start by taking a relevant health history, followed by physical examination and testing. Next we arrive at a diagnosis and a plan of management. Every step is fully explained and we will only proceed with your consent.
Treatment will be performed and we will wrap up our session with post-treatment advice.
