$110 - This initial consultation is for new patients only interested in B12/ Vitamin D injections. In this appointment, assessments are done regarding the need for Vitamin B12/ D. Pros and cons are discussed regarding B12/ D injection. Moreover, expected outcomes and treatment plans are discussed. This appointment is an initial appointment only and cannot be booked more than once. B12/ Vitamin D appointment fee ($25) is already included within this initial visit.
