60 minNew patientPrior to this session you will fill an in-depth client intake form along with a 3- 4 day food/mood journal for me to get an overview of you. This appointment is a full discussion of your health history, present symptoms, health concerns along with your current dietary, lifestyle habits and health goals. From there I will create a personalized nutrition program that includes diet, supplement, exercise, and lifestyle recommendations, along with any resources I think would be beneficial for you. This includes a personalized 5-day meal plan along with recipes and email support.
