- 1 x Initial 60min Holistic Nutrition Appointment including a 5-day meal plan
along with recipes.
- 6 x Weekly 15 min check-in calls to review goals, set intentions for the
following week and make any adjustments needed to your nutrition and or
lifestyle recommendations based on your body’s response.
