30 minNew patientThis appointment is for any new patients. Ultrasound therapy is a gentle and very useful treatment of blocked milk ducts in nursing mamas. 45 minNew patientThis appointment is for any new patients. During this assessment, a medical history will be taken and then your C-Section scar will be assessed visually and through touch to assess pain level, tenderness, mobility and flexibility, skin integrity, adhesion and thickness and then treatment will be carried out. Treatment to release the scar will consist of use of the Dolphin neurostim scar release treatment, fascial release, and massage as needed. Core strengthening exercises and postural education and proper biomechanics education are included to teach how to avoid unnecessary stress on the healing scar. Typically, a full Cesarean scar release can be achieved within 4-6 follow-up visits. Education on strategies to release the scar tissue at home will also be provided.

60 minNew patientThis appointment is for any new patients. This appointment is for prenatal care, postnatal care, concerns of pelvic pain, heaviness, frequency or urgency of urination, leaking/incontinence, perimenopause/menopause changes, and rehabilitation of the pelvic floor muscles (athletes, pelvic surgery, etc.) During this assessment, a complete medical history will be taken and we will look at your concerns and goals. The assessment will include a look at your posture, movement, spine and hips, and an external and internal examination of the pelvic floor muscles. A treatment plan will be discussed and treatment will be included in this appointment.
