Targeted for those with Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke, and balance issues. Our instructor, Emma MacDonald guides participants through musical movement for an enjoyable class that will additionally help strengthen coordination, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular training. Price is $103.50 for 6 weekly sessions. *Use of harnesses is optional to eliminate fear of falling for participants

What it is

Most of the appointment is spent watching how you move and load your body — gait, squat, balance, mobility and strength work — with coaching and exercise adjustments in real time, and you leave with a clearer picture of your movement patterns and a plan to practise.
