Doula Labour Support
Consultation required before booking.
One prenatal session to review information and intentions regarding birth experience. Physical & emotional support during labour & delivery, on call for two weeks prior to birth. Assistance with comfort measures including massage, positioning, and reiki.
Time begins from an hour after contact ( allowing time for arrival,) to an hour after birth. 30 min break every 5 hours. One postpartum follow up within the first week following birth.
Reminder: doula works as a support person! They do not replace midwives, OB's or other medical professionals.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
