Please note before booking appointment:
-Book an initial examination if you have not been to office previously. Due to an increase in “no show” appointments we have decieded to require a credit card on file for all Initial Examination Sessions . Please call the office to book an appointment if this is an issue.
-Book a subsequent visit if you are currently being seen by one of our practitioners and have an ongoing treatment plan
-Book a re-exam or new complaint if you have a new injury or have not been to the office in over a year
