Hey, wellness warrior! My name is Andi, your go-to board certified acupuncturist and guiding light, on a mission to blend ancient wisdom with a modern touch. My journey into Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) wasn't your typical lightbulb moment. Nope- it was more like a slow burn in the cubicle of my 9-5, fuelled by my own quest for answers and healing. I began to feel that Western medicine lacked the individual approach I found in TCM, and quickly realized that my growing interest for medicine should not be overlooked. So, armed with curiosity and a desire to help others find their balance too, I gave up the position that would lead me to my dream corporate job and dove headfirst into the world of TCM. With one of three board exams successfully completed, I am well on my way to becoming a board certified Chinese Medicine Doctor.

This is a virtual appointment via Jane for EXISTING PATIENTS who have *already had an initial appointment* and have some extra questions or follow up concerns. This virtual appointment includes a 20 to 30 minute call where we can review your primary health concerns, tongue, and/or recent bloodwork from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective with recommendations based in TCM knowledge, including dietary recommendations or a food plan and self treatment techniques. Tongue diagnosis is a key tool in Traditional Chinese Medicine used to assess the body's internal health. By observing the tongue's colour, shape, coating, and moisture, we can gain valuable insights into the state of the organs, circulation, and overall balance of the body's systems. This non-invasive diagnostic method helps guide personalized treatment plans and supports a deeper understanding of underlying imbalances.
