Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or change your appointment we require a minimum of 24 business hours notice. A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Please note, if you leave a voicemail outside of reception hours it may not be received in time, please email info@ohanawellnessclinic.com. The cancellation fee is equal to the full service cost .`
Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Psychotherapy, and Naturopathy appointments are all located on our ground floor. Massage Therapy and Acupuncture are shared between the ground floor and second floor (up a single flight of stairs). If you have mobility considerations and require your appointment on the ground floor please contact reception.
