Not Eligible for Extended Health Benefits/Reimbursement When a child begins counselling, it’s important to first meet with the parent or guardian on their own. This full, paid session gives you space to share your concerns, your child’s history, and what you’re hoping support will look like. During this appointment, we’ll review consent, gather important background information, and begin outlining a plan tailored to your child’s needs. Please note: This first session is for parent(s)/guardian(s) only. Your child will attend future sessions once the initial plan is in place.
