This weekly, drop in Pet Loss Grief Group offers a supportive, compassionate space for anyone grieving the loss of a beloved pet or anticipating the loss of a pet. No matter how much time has passed, you are welcome - grief has no timeline. Attend as a one-time drop-in or join weekly for ongoing support. $5 from every registration fee is donated to Paws It Forward Dog Rescue to help dogs in need.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
