Please verify that you are booking at your desired clinic location (Toronto vs. Newmarket).
This visit is a dedicated pumping consultation to support milk supply, comfort, and efficiency.
Ideal for parents who are exclusively pumping, combination feeding, returning to work, or experiencing discomfort with pumping. Your IBCLC will review your pump setup, check fit, and create a personalized plan to help you reach your feeding goals.
Please arrive with full breasts if possible. Bring your pumping equipment (including all parts and cords), containers for milk, and a clean bag for your used pump parts. If your baby may need to feed during your session, please bring a feeding device.
If your goal is to transition to feeding directly from your body, the Pumping Add-On during a standard IBCLC consult may be a better fit.
Our lactation consultants may be available outside their scheduled hours, please call to check availability.

What it is
Most of this first dietetics visit is spent piecing together how you actually eat and what shapes it — meals, routines, symptoms, preferences, medical context and goals — then turning that into a practical eating plan with specific next steps you leave with.
