A perfect relaxing and safe facial and acupuncture experience for expecting folks at any stage in pregnancy. This treatment combines classic spa facial techniques with pregnancy safe products with prenatal focused acupuncture, gua sha and facial massage. Please note this appointment does not include cosmetic facial needling as I do not recommend it during pregnancy.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
