This appointment is for new patients to Optimal Function or you're already one of our awesome patients but you haven't been in to see us for more than three months (for a recurrent issue or a new and different issue requiring a full assessment).
During this session a comprehensive history will be reviewed and an assessment of your functional movement patterns and abilities, mobility, strength and stability will be performed. From this a treatment plan will be developed with you and whenever possible initial treatment will also begin.
